Title VI Compliance Form
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin in programs and activities receiving Federal financial assistance.
Dr. Piper Center does not tolerate discrimination in any of its programs, services, or activities.
